The accommodation is a single 100 m² two-bedroom apartment, rather than a collection of separate room categories. It sleeps up to six, with a king-size bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms serve the bedrooms, and the apartment has private bathroom facilities. City and landmark views, air conditioning and a private sauna distinguish the overall stay. A separate living room and dining area give the group shared indoor space without combining the sleeping rooms.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. A flat-screen television with streaming services, a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided. Its 100 m² layout brings the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area together in one apartment, with three sleeping places for a maximum party of six.

Inside, the private sauna is paired with a kitchen equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table, tea and coffee maker, sofa and seating area support time spent in the apartment, while the flat-screen television offers cable, satellite and streaming services. Air conditioning, heating, free WiFi, towels, linen, free toiletries and a hairdryer are also available. The apartment has city and landmark views, and a spa lounge/relaxation area is among the facilities.

Services and activities include an airport shuttle and shuttle service, bicycle rental, walking and bike tours, hiking, cycling, cooking classes and local-culture tours. Babysitting or child services and grocery deliveries are also offered. The apartment is non-smoking and has private check-in/check-out. There is no parking available.

The apartment is on Piazza Napoleone in San Michele, amid Lucca's historic streets and civic buildings. Piazza Napoleone is 100 m away, while Palazzo Ducale is also 100 m from the apartment. Chiesa di San Giusto and Palazzo Gigli are each 50 m away, placing churches and palazzi among the first landmarks reached on a short walk. The square gives this address an urban setting, with city and landmark views across the surrounding historic buildings.

Lucca Train Station is 500 m away, and Pisa International Airport is 17.7 km from the apartment; Florence Airport is 55.4 km away. The property has no parking. As this address is inside Lucca's limited-traffic zone, anyone driving should contact the property about access before entering the restricted central streets and wait for confirmation rather than driving through a gate unannounced. Share your arrival time with management in advance; check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00.

Nearby visits include Museo-casa natale di Giacomo Puccini, 200 m away, and Torre Civica delle Ore, also 200 m from the apartment. San Martino Cathedral stands 300 m away, while Piazza dell'Anfiteatro is 450 m away. Piazza dell'Anfiteatro follows the footprint of Lucca's Roman amphitheatre, and the Puccini museum is dedicated to the composer and his birthplace. Palazzo Ducale and Teatro del Giglio add civic and performing-arts landmarks around Piazza Napoleone.
